Business development and lead generation

Relationships are fundamental to the success of every business. Jooce works with its clients to provide a dedicated business development resource and make referrals where required, with a view to developing strategic business relationships which ultimately result in winning work.
Jooce has relationships at decision making levels with the following types of organisations:

  • Consulting Engineers
  • Developers
  • Main Clients
  • Main Contractors
  • Sub-Contractors (various disciplines within the construction sector)
  • Membership Organisations (working within and on behalf of the construction sector)

Where Jooce has no existing relationships, a programme of business development activity will be put in place, which involves Jooce researching (online and via industry databases that Jooce subscribes to) and targeting prospective clients (by telephone and email) – introducing our clients’ and their services – with a view to a face to face meeting and / or presentations. Jooce also works to ensure that its clients’ are included on suppliers’ databases of preferred contractors.
