Jooce Supports Construction News ‘Inspiring Women in Construction’ Initiative

Once again, Jooce Marketing & PR is pleased to be lending its support to Construction News magazines ‘Inspiring Women in Construction’ initiative, which seeks to champion fair representation of gender at senior positions in the construction sector, as well as establish a more inclusive industry.

Through a series of virtual events and year-round editorial content, the campaign is designed to influence change across the construction industry, whilst also improving inclusivity. It will also empower individuals and support women already working in the industry, and the campaign will highlight barriers, help women to overcome them and develop their careers.

Now in its fourth year, the ‘Inspiring Women in Construction’ initiative is for anyone who wants to learn, be inspired, and grow their network, as well as support efforts to encourage more businesses and individuals to progress and promote a more equal, diverse, and inclusive culture throughout the construction industry.

Speaking about Jooce’s continued support of the Initiative, Debbie Darling, Managing Director, said: “Progress is being made, but there is a still so much that can be done to encourage more women to consider construction as a rewarding career option. With this backdrop Jooce is proud to lend its support to the campaign.”
