Jooce recognises the importance of bees to the planet, not only in their production of honey, but more importantly the role they play in the pollination of crops and flowers. Adopting a beehive will help to prevent the decline of the native British honeybee, whilst providing an innovative and engaging solution for carbon offsetting, as well as supporting the local environment.
The hive, provided and managed by Bees & Co., is itself sustainable, being handmade from sustainable British cedar and regular posts and updates on its development – as well as the honey it will also produce – will be posted regularly!
